General Assembly

The CoESS General Assembly consists of all active CoESS members. Associated, company, corresponding and supporting members are invited to partake in the CoESS General Assembly, but have no voting rights.

The CoESS Ordinary Annual General Assembly evaluates and validates the management and financial reports of the CoESS Board of Directors. It approves the financial statements and the forecasted budget and establishes the amount of the annual contributions and possible additional financial contributions.

The CoESS General Assembly meets at least once a year at the formal request of the President of the CoESS Board of Directors.

The CoESS Extraordinary General Assembly is convened by the President of CoESS or at the request of two-third of the countries represented in CoESS by active member federations.

Only the CoESS Extraordinary General Assembly is competent to modify the CoESS Statutes and to decide or not on the liquidation of the Confederation.
