General Assembly
Who?
The General Assembly consists of all the active members.
The associated members and the correspondent members are invited to the
General Assembly but without a voting right
What?
The Ordinary General Assembly examines the management and financial reports
of the Board of Directors, approves the financial statements and the forecast
budget and establishes the amount of the subscriptions and the possible
financial contributions.
When?
The General Assembly meets at least once per year at the formal request
of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Extraordinary General Assembly
The Extraordinary General Meeting is convened by the Chairman or at the
request of two-thirds of the States represented in the Confederation by
active members.
It alone is competent to modify the Articles of Association and to decide
on the winding-up of the European Confederation.
