Who?
Only representatives of the active members can be part of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is be composed of the Chairman of each of the Working Committees (Guarding, Transport of Valuables, Electronic Surveillance, Airport Security, Social dialogue, Cohesion, Maritime Security, Critical Infrastructure, Professional Training) and of the members of the Executive Committee.

What?
The Board of Directors manages the European Confederation within the limit of its powers that are granted to it by the General Assembly. It has all the powers necessary for the exercise of its functions with the exception of the powers which are reserved to The General assembly by the present statutes or by the law

Germany, Spain, France, Italy and the United Kingdom have always the right to be represented on the Board of Directors.
