What?
The Secretariat of CoESS is located in Belgium, in Wemmel near Brussels.

Who?
The General Secretary is appointed by the Board of Directors to manage the Secretariat General of the Confederation.
The General Secretary is responsible for the implementation of the decisions of the Confederation and carries out the daily management of the Confederation under the authority of the Chairman. The Secretary General shall carry out any specific task that may be entrusted to by the Chairman, the Board of Directors or the General Assembly.
